Project Goal: Redesign help article experience to improve CSAT and self-resolution
Objective: Eng-ready designs for an improved help article experience optimising layout, visual support, and navigability
Project Stretch Goal: Explore future concepts to enhance the help article experience
Objective: Design exploration and discovery into more complex help article features
